Maybe you are right. I also thought we should contact the address where 485
is pending. However, that blog says:
在 I-485 已经提交的情况下，你要联络的是新的 I-140 所在的移民局中心。
Confusing. I will send the letter to both centers.

今天看到第二个问interfiling的了，谨提供我的interfiling经过，供参考。我没有寄
东西过去，仅仅是打电话过去要求做的。很快就收到了邮件确认，并且有Reference #
。

Thanks for your help. But you are the first one I found that does not even
need a request letter. I do not know if this is related to your upgrade to
EB1, instead of EB3->EB2.
My company lawyer sent my request letter to Nebraska. But my 485 receipt is
from Texas. The lawyer agreed to help me send another request letter to
Texas.
If just a phone call is enough, that is the best. I will try it tomorrow
morning 8AM.

need a request letter. I do not know if this is related to your upgrade to
