打算买个Tiffany的订婚戒，请问去哪个州买比较合算？
官方网站上说
Sales Tax
Local taxes, if applicable, will be added to your order. Tiffany & Co.
collects sales tax for all states and the District of Columbia, except for
Delaware, Montana, New Hampshire and Oregon.
那是不是说去Delaware, Montana, New Hampshire and Oregon买就没有任何税呢？谢

最近在整理材料,没法跟版上的大牛比,引用太少,掏空心思到处找,原来审稿给的scopus
一个月有效的因为据了一篇稿帐户被deactivate,现在免费的scopus连接也不能用了,
够残...
那位好心的有审稿免费的scopus可以用?能share一下么?

yes. you can rent a mailbox in Delaware and send the ring over
there to avoid paying tax. Not a bad idea.
