Lawyer send agreement, it is confusing. He said total 4500. But look at
details sounds like total $6500. What should I do, ask Lawyer change?
LEGAL SERVICE AND FILING FEES: The total attorney’s fee for EB-1 & NIW
Petitions is Four Thousand and Five Dollars ($4,500.00). Client agrees to
pay such fee as follows: Upon execution of the Agreement, Client shall pay
non-refundable $2,000.00 to Attorney as retainer fee. If the I-140 petition
of EB1 is approved by the USCIS, Client must pay the remaining balance of $2
,500.00 to Attorney immediately. If the I-140 of NIW is approved, Client
agrees to pay $2,000 to Attorney. There are no extra fees if RFE is issued
beyond the original submission. Client also agrees to pay the applicable
filing fees to the USCIS at the time of filing.
