刚刚E-file了140
然后受到了一个收据写

可是I-907 instruction 写
Form I-140 Premium Processing Mail Address:
Premium Processing
USCIS Texas Service Center
P.O.Box 279030
Dallas, TX 75227-9030
请问大家我如果要做PP, 要把我的i-907+check+supporting evidence 一起寄到哪里呢
?? 第一个地址还是第二个。
可是第一个收据上写:
DO NOT include any applications or fees with your supporting documentation
for this e-filed application
这个是什么意思? 不能放i-907和支票吗? 还是说i-907和支票不算一个application??
