现在是H1B身份，在公司A，马上就要辞职去公司B,公司B也在给我办H1B transfer.
公司A在我走后，想让我给他们做consulting，我现在在想能不能在公司B工作的同时，
也给公司A做这个consulting工作，身份就是用以前公司A给我办的H1B,大家觉得可行性
怎么样？不知道法律上面能不能这么做？
大家说呢？

能，不过不能同时两个fulltime h1b,可以提交各amendment把A单位的改成parttime

you can work for two employers with 2 H1b. IF you are terminated with A,then
the old H1b sponsored by A is invalid automatically. Since you are employed
and working with B, you can NOT work for A unless A apply for another H1b
for you,no matter full-time or part-time.
HOWEVER,at current stage, you can discuss this issue with A that A doesnt
have to terminate your current employment, just change to another job title(
might be part-time, 50% full-time,etc.),which is a quite normal adjustment
within the same employer/company. A just needs to backup to USCIS. then A
would not file a new H1b for you if A need your consulting work.
