Dr. Kim presented convincing evidence indicating that steamed dumplings are
more delicious than boiled dumplings. This finding changed the previous view
that adding red pepper is critical for the quality of dumplings while the
way of preparing dumpling is not important. Most of restaurant in the city
of wonderland changed their protocol according to Dr. Kim's finding。
