不申请不影响。
如果想申请又想比较小的影响，就复杂了。

I140批下来 PD就可以保留了。但是到了新工作地点绿卡还要重新办起，可以用保留的
PD。

what you should ask yourself first is how soon you need to use your good
credit score.. If you need it now (in 6 months - 12 months) to buy a house
etc, don't apply credit cards. If you don't need to use credit score any
time soon, do it immediately and do a few of hard pull in a short period of
time. credit score will recover after a few years.

得好半年左右就行。

就是years啊，1个hard pull两年才彻底消除
半年左右recover了是因为你其他原因credit score增加了而已，比如还款记录增加

是1个hard pull两年才从记录中拿掉。。。申了卡以后，马上使用，赚回开卡bonus的
同时就积攒了credit，因此几个月掉的分就可以补回来。。。说2年才行hard pull以后
，既也不用卡，也什么任何其他的信用行为都没有，但这种极端例子现实中根本没有。
