现在在医学院做Research associate。老板愿意sponsor 绿卡。问国际办公室，他们给
的信息有点像EB2的申请，还需要PERM，要从他们的给的律师list上选。但又说以后的
事情跟他们无关，是我跟律师和系里去解决。不知道是不是老板给出个letter签个字就
可以办Eb1b还是必须要一些其他的证明材料？

Signed I-140 form including some company/school information;employment
letter stating your experience, position, etc.;

那这个基本上我老板签字就行了，不需要国际办公室提供额外材料了？

Ask your school is the internation office needs to sign the form. Mine was
signed by HR.

In my case, I-140 is signed by the international office. Employment letter
provided by HR, department gave the 3-year research exp letter, and another
letter to state more than 3 researchers and the ability to pay. Should ask
your international office to confirm and more details.
