Google实在太慢了，一个月多月前联系上的，直到今天才第一轮电面完，同样的时间里
LinkedIn都发口头offer了。HR说一般都只给一周考虑时间，满打满算也只能到下周末
了。而且他说Google是他们竞争对手，希望我withdraw Google的面试。又没有别的
offer，都不知道能和HR扯啥extend offer。已经催Google了，希望能有用。
遇到这种情况能怎么办？

就是写个code实现least unique positive integer game。当时看着十分game theory
的说。这个game基本上是这样的，只是player人数不确定，会dynamical增加：

L's NY office is small (same as Facebook, etc), and G has the decent NYC
office (one of the biggest building in Manhattan, even larger than

我最早是在MSC，6月收到EAD后再打电话查就变TSC，一直到2星期前都告我不能SR，因
为TSC排到3月2号，我得等满6个月。我等到10月8号再打时，就告我说，我在MSC，只用
等4个月，我哩勒！所以马上就给做了SR。就是和第一个接电话的，所以应该是Tier1。
我其实觉得他们之前是搞错了，我就是在MSC，但面试在 Houston,所以他们以为我在
TSC。现在分析起来，我还挺郁闷的呢。

我一读这题都涉及纳什均衡的讨论，把我吓尿了....哈哈
只有一个heap么？能讲一下思路么？
我的想法，如果发现重复输入
1. 从heap中删除，然后找另一个结构记录重复数（因为都是整数，所以貌似bit不错）？
2. 如果不从heap删除，怎么在某固定时间点找winner呢？（heap的顶可能已经被标记
为重复了，导致可能必须遍历heap？）。

我在劳工署查的各种级别的NYC的码工比同等级别的MTV的要低，但是如果用cnn money
一类网站对比一下两地生活成本，NYC明显比MTV高。那到底应该哪边的pay高一点？

反正我见过的例子　nyc的offer都比mtv的offer要小。

nyc很多投行　　比如db 高盛　大摩　给IT部门应届生才７万多　　有经验的也就１０
万不到
整体薪酬比西岸偏低　　flg自然也不需要给的很高了

我另个不理解的是我见到的offer以及我自己
G的offer都比L少很多（两万以上）
更不用和F比
去除拿其他家offer来match的情况
单就拿offer 为什么我觉得G是最差的啊
为啥上面好几位网友不这样认为呢？
还是我圈子比较特殊？

至于公司的潜力，我觉得G更硬一点，毕竟是一个不可代替的东西。至于L，真的有很多
人用他找工作吗？因为我不是CS背景，找工作时L一丁点作用都没起到。其他人我就不
十分清楚了。
另外，G的绿卡政策是不是好一点？
回你上一条：新鲜博士一个，没任何朋友圈，这样似乎湾区更好点？
如果offer说送我到nyc, 我可以negotiate到mtv吗？

早说了　　不包括match的情况
我见过的只有G一个offer的时候　　我看到的都是低于只有L,F
当同时有G以及还有F,L的时候　　G给match F,L
很少有听说过F,L去match G 因为G的低
综上　Gps: hedge funds哪里给的高了。比如２ sigma

都是几千人，几万人的上市公司了。谁有潜力，看股票的收益率(收益率=每股收获的价
值/每股的价值)最简单了。有专业的金融专家，投资顾问来做评估的，一般码工就别瞎
操这个心了。从这方面来说，G和L在互联网公司里面都是最TOP的一级了。L在各个方面
的市场占有得并不大，跟G在search的地位不是一个等级。但投资专家的看法是，L在没
有独占市场的情况下，都能保持这样的收益率，可见它未来的市场和发展将有多大。这
也是为什么F和T现在不被看好的原因之一。
G是个很大的公司。不同部门，不同组的差别太大了。L还只是个几千人的公司，

如果不住在NYC　比如说住在新泽西new port 每天进城５０分钟
这就与住在东湾差不多了
住东湾　living cost还比新泽西低

我当时查的是MTV vs New Jersy，不是MTV vs Manhattan。明显New Jersy的living

我是瞎猜，用的是commonsense，非常不专业，见笑了。
即使如此，我也不羞于share我的idea，欢迎拍砖。
IT行业最重要的是要有用户量和用户流。像腾讯这样的，有大量新老用户，随便玩个啥
都行，说做online shopping就能做，因为有人用。相比而言，我对L的稳定用户流持怀
疑态度。可能很多人有profile，但除非是没工作的或者是准备跳槽的，谁没事整天刷
LinkedIn？我觉得我拿到offer工作后我的LinkedIn页面直接就荒废了，几年都不看一
下。没有用户流，还能做什么？每天还多收几封LinkedIn invitation email要删删。
但是Google Search、Gmail、Android等都是每天有大量用户不断，想做什么都有人关
注。连F和T的用户流都很强大。除非LinkedIn还想开发做点别的，这个当然我很不清楚
，要不我不觉得有很好前景。
BTW，问个白的，收益率是PE ration么？

找工作　求职　猎头　是一个很大的产业
linkedin就是猎头这个巨大产业的数字化
就好比　很多猎头天天/年年都在赚大钱　　会因为赚了你这一笔，你不跳槽了，他就

According to Google Map, East Bay Fremont 24mins to Google Mountain View.
In rushhour it may be more, but house price in Fremont is much cheaper than
Newport.

Your words are full of no information.
Google pays better than F/L? How better? Google pays how much? F/L pays how
much? Are we taking about Fresh or experinced? Your conclusion is based
on which info? Can you share it with us?
If you wanna show you are the only one with common sense, take about your
common sense. If you do have a point, I bet most of us will listen to you.
I have shared that based on my samples(Masters with 1-2years experiences,
myself included),
Google is not as good as F/L. If you have more info about fresh PHDs, or any
other info different from mine, why
not say something?
Do not just say again and again Google is better, if other people disagree
then he must lack of common sense.

首先，争取G onsite，争取offer。
然后，去给的多的。
剩下的饭好不好吃等等都是浮云。
关于公司的前途，很难确定，你要在一个公司养到老。

2、今天收到正式LinkedIn offer。NYC。Base比之前recruiter和我说少了25k，心里极
不爽。他说base基本很难negotiate了。就是吃准我没别的offer。Deadline是下周五。

1. Lz has provide me more info. Even for fresh phd, What L provides him is
already more than at least 3 samples of fresh phd I know who got from Google
. Much more. What he got is definitely not 150k, 125k level as a poster
said above. Although L did not match him as much as the hr promised him.
2. We are weak indeed. But even so, L is providing us better package than
google. If we are stronger , I have reason to assume L still provides more.
3. If you have other information, you are more than welcome to share your
information. Plz do not Just repeat again and again google is better ,

I also have offers from both G and L, The Google recruiter just gave me a

1. Even if you do know many phd examples for G, do you also know examples
for L ? if not, how can you simply reach a conclusion G is better? Is
French the most beautiful language in the world?
2. Since you already know working in NYC ,people do not nessasraily living
inside NYC, then how do you draw a assumption that people who work at
MountainView, has to live in MountainView? I am trying to point out you can
not simply compare the living expense from Great NY area to MountainView.
3. ms+expr is more solid sample I got, for Phd I only know a few sample who
may not represent the big pool. And for L, NY office is paying less than
Mtv office, this is also from the ms+expr samples. Even if I am wrong , I

也不需要你教育high level怎么样
