It means that this letter need to have USCIS as it is receipient.
In the address part on top left of your letter you should write USCIS
address.

可以显示哪一天有票 但是点到具体那一天去订票的时候页面就卡死了 星期三开始就这
样了 只能用BA作为替补，查起来麻烦一些
