I found one:
page3, Part 7, if you won't file 485 concurrent with 140, please check "no"
for "Applying for Adjustment of status"

我现在就是单纯的 140 没有 485
哪位高人指点下，这个我当时核对过， wenxuecheng那个贴子说要选 yes.
我的律师最开始给我填写的时候也是填写的 yes。
。。。。。help。。。

我看完了，觉得写的都对
Applying for Adjustment of status 你选[yes]是对的
这里是分词表将来时，你将来要apply for adjustment of status

I checked "yes" for "applying adjustment of status" of Part 7. I didn't do
concurrent filing for 140 and 485. My lawyer filled the form for me.

Another one, on Page 4 of part 7, I also checked "yes" for "appling
adjustment of status".
Page 1, IRS Tax No. should be filled.
Page 3, Current Number of US employees should be filled.
Page 3, Net annual income, my lawyer filled as "Not for profit".
I don't know the nature of your employer, but you can ask your employer to
fill all the above mentioned parts for you.

my layer filled "no", that's why I pointed out, seems not a matter at all.
