可以按你列出的顺序发，先大后小。大头不回应，就找小头直至board成员。

全发。最好多找杂志，去ＪＣＲ或者ＳＪＲ上找，有些杂志你可能都木有听说过哩。

Don't do this, unless you have only one month left. It hurts. Some (or all)
of them will forward your emailS to a staff (like deputy editor whose name
doesn't show up in the editorial board). Then, you will probably receive one
invitation from that staff, then not any more. For those who just started
reviewing papers, a good way is sending volunteer letters to one or two
editors at a time. Then to another one or two after a short while. So that
you will be CONTINUALLY invited by DIFFERENT editors.
