depends on the journal, a lot of them required the registration, but some,
especially some unknown journal, send you the review invitation together
with the manuscript via email. Once you finish the review, just send them
back the review form together with your comments to that manuscript via
email. In this case the editor or the people who send you the review
invitation will send you the Thank You letter BY EMAIL too. Print out that
email and use it as evidence that you finished the review
