我现在可以立刻进行下一步的485申请么？

确定是EB1B，因为办了加急，所以两个星期就下来了。
可是怎么就没人回答一下这个priority date的意思呢？
我的理解是EB1b的140批了后应该立刻可以申请485，所以这个priority date应该没啥
意义吧，我的理解对么？
有知道的帮忙解答一下么？多谢，多谢！
