背景：学校A肄业，F-1 transfer到学校B,
SEVIS release date: 1/20/2014，
学校B的program start date: 4/30/2014，
换句话说1/20到4/30期间我是F-1 transfer pending状态
（法律规定这个间隔不超过5个月就合法，仍是F-1身份），
我已于2/15拿到学校B的 Transfer Pending I-20
问：我能否file今年的H-1B申请？

如果一起交 485 的话
我的 485：
【1】Part1 ： Current USCIS Status 写 H-1B？
【2】Part3 : A部分 In what status did you last entry .... 填写 H-1B？
【3】Part3 : B部分写老婆信息然后Appliting with you 选 yes？
【4】Part3 : B部分写孩子信息然后Appliting with you 选 No？（孩子美国出生
的）
【5】Part4 : are you requesting an accomodation because of your disabli...
选 No？还是 Yes NO都不选呢？
老婆 485：
【6】Part1 ： Current USCIS Status 写 H4？
【7】Part3 : A部分 In what status did you last entry .... 填写 H4？
【8】Part3 : B部分写我的信息然后Appliting with you 选 yes？（这个比较迷惑
也）

Part 4选No, 其余你填的都对。
要注意的是如果你上次入境是F-1, 境内转H1b, current USCIS status是h1b, 但是in
what manner your last entry写F-1
