还是学生。老板是业内大牛，经常把做editor的杂志给我们审稿。
未雨绸缪下，我应该保留下哪些资料，以后申请绿卡会用的到呢？
邀请的email，自己提交的意见？还需要保留那些manuscript么？

some people print out the first page.
it might be a good idea to keep all the manuscript files.
I didn't. and later i wanted to print the first page of the reviewed
manuscript but could not do it. eventually I did not submit it and my
petition is still passed.

manuscripts to show the countries where the manuscripts come from if you
need

邀请信和感谢信即可。另外可能用到杂志的介绍内容。至于你的审稿稿件及意见内容，
原则上属于保密内容，不宜在绿卡申请材料中出现。
