I sold a quickbook and the buyer emailed me today:
The quickbooks I recieved does not have an authorization code. I want to
return it for a full refund.
What's the authorization code? BTW, I got this quickbook from bestbuy.

有张citi premier的卡，收到开citi gold account 就给40000typ的email。但是这张
premier的卡5月就要收年费了，想在收年费前关掉。那这个信用卡关了会影响拿typ吗
？

OK, here is you can do
Ask your buyer send you the serial number on the yellow sticker, that number
should be shown on your local purchase receipt as well.
1. If you don't have the number on your receipt, that means the qb wasn't
scanned and activated, you can call your store number on your receipt to ask
the CSR to re-ring it. Normally it takes 12 hours to show on Intuit system,
then it will be OK. Remember to ask BB store to send the re-ring receipt to
you either by fax or be mail.

错啦. 强的谁都能糊弄过去,强人比较忙就交给律师,律师给你糊弄糊弄就过了.
弱的需要好好上心,只有自己最上心.
律师是来赚钱的,不是花时间包装你的.

serial number发票上有的，寄出之前我又就对过，因为那天卖了3台，我是怕寄错人，
对号入座写了buyer的名字在发票上。
我现在在耐心的跟他沟通，假装帮他安装。
其实我也能觉察出他在说谎，没办法。我也不能吵，等他多说点话，马脚露出的更多。

靠，那个人还坚持说用不了
I reinstalled the quickbooks. Quickbooks asks to start the wizard, I reply
yes, a window pops up that has retail stor puchase confirmation. I click the
button that says begin confirmation and the next windowcomes up as intuit
could not validate your retail store productpurchase. It wants me to call
intuit and get an activation code. Itried the yellow sticker serial number,
it will not work and intuit willnot give me an activation code. I want a
full refund!
这下怎么办呢？
