考古 说先派出所办出生证明 然后找公正办出生公证
也有人自己在美国这边银行办公证
然后交材料只交书生公证就行
那岂不是自己随便写写去银行公证一下不就好了 还去派出所干什么那？
反正银行公证也只是确认签字的人是这个人 文件内容真的假的也不管的

that is why birth certificate is the biggest source of RFE for 485.
you can say your father is obama and mother is Michelle, get a fake stamp in
china and get notarized here in us. the notarization here only certifies
your translation, but can not certify the validity of the original chinese
document.

那在国内找个医院出个证明，然后这边找个银行翻译公证？
