背景：自己感觉很弱，美国生物phD, postdoc 4年。paper 10 including 4 中文，没
有CNS。IF is bout 4-6; 引用：》120 （google scholar). 审稿：6篇 for 4
journals
Claim: publication, contribution, judgement of others' work.
因为自己准备的niw材料，并于3个月后批了，自己因此信心倍增。开始想自己准备eb1a
,后来学校帮着办EB1b,就只好找律师。可后来觉得，自己付出了99%，律师只是帮着最
后整理和邮递，还要自己不停的催促。
材料准备大概1个月，推荐信在原来niw 原来的基础上进行加工，并重新签字。包括：
美国4封，国外3封。都是我准备草稿，对方直接签字。（觉得自己英文太好了）。
petition letter是律师给的稿，自己把骨架留着，从新把自己的内容加入进去。大概

这里我分1-5，总结了自己的contribution, 并引用my paper,和推荐信里内容来强化。
最后，再用6. The contributions of Dr.xxx to the field of xxx research
were lauded by the experts in the field: 这里要把推荐信的内容按顺序，选择的
放进去。
V. Peer reviewer experience and Academic Membership，我把membership 也放在了
这里，把自己的judgement 总结一下，把杂志吹一下。
VI. The Beneficiary’s Extraordinary Abilities and Achievements in xxx
Research will Help to Improve the xxxx of the United States.
我总结了一下自己的research 对美国很重要，自己的Extraordinary Abilities 是无
可替代的....

我在每个部分都加入 （exhibit ..), 并highlighted. 信写完后，律师一字没改，后
来还是自己发现一些错误并改正。共23页，1.5 line space. 总体感觉是，你要写的一
目了然，主题突出。我的感觉那IO就大概浏览了一下，基本没完全读完就批了。
因为2月26日pp start, 27日下午1点accept, 8.pm initial review, 8.15 pm
approved. This io read only 15 min, make a decision?
