美国phd, 人不在美国
如果我找一个美国的industry research scientist的职位
没有h1b, 我能直接用offer letter在美国以外申请eb1b么？
如果批准了就能直接以绿卡进入美国工作？
这个靠谱么？

o1 is faster than eb1b, that's why most companies will likely to file o1 for
you instead of eb1b

Yes, if that company is willing to keep the position empty for you till you
arrives. And Eb1b is petitioned by the company.
