次么？现在正在凑review的数看能不能申请eb1b

it does not matter.
if IO will not deny your case just because you take 20 reviews as 21 reviews

not 20 as 21, should be 20 as 30

depends on the editor. Some journals will mention "times", while other
mention " manuscripts" in the editors' supporting letters, which are most
essential now.

我没有editor的信，等RFE了再要,次数太少，决定模糊化这个次数。
