最近在看房，因为要准备迎接宝宝的到来了，所以也比较着急搞定房子。
现在首付还差一些，刚查到可以从TIAA-CREF (401K) 里贷款20000，利率是4.06%,五年
还清，每月还贷368$, 不知道版上有人用过这个方法没 ?求分析～～

5 year pay back only if you stay with current employer. If you change job,
you need to pay back immediately. Also, 401k is a per tax account, but your
repayment to your 401k loan is after tax income. So you are mixing your
after tax money into your per tax money pot. When you take out 401k when
you retire, you need to pay tax for the whole amount, so you are paying
double tax on the loan amount.

不是这样的。 没有付double tax， 但是在不同的时候付tax， tax rate 是不一样的
。 2万拿出来用， 是不付税的， 所以其实就是送了税， 付进去的也是税前的。
