今天终于耐不住了，给NCSC at 1-800-375-5283打电话想问一下485的进度。发现电话
系统的menu变了。说是如果查询CASE PROCESSING TIME，你可以访问他们的网站。这是
怎么回事？网站上是无法和真人交谈的呀。

I called and talked to person. But the person is pretty much like
automatic machine. kept repeating the same words all over again. bacially
read the stuff online.

they just read my I-485 notice, not helpful at all. I called twice, and was
