ebay上卖$2000左右的电视， local有人要来pickup，他准备paypal直接付钱（不经过
ebay），然后2-3个小时后来取。有这种可能性吗：他先付钱，取完电视后paypal
dispute？
他好像也在ebay上卖东西，1000多个100%的feedback。我也是老ID了， 100%feedback
。以前碰到过laptop paypal dispute的骗子， paypal都把钱给我了。这种直接paypal
付钱交易，如果碰到dispute，不知道paypal还能否protect?

EB1B公司或者个人都可以出filing fee
公司要出的文件取决于公司状况和移民官的要求。100人以上的公司CEO写信证明财务能
力。小公司要交报税，财务审计，甚至员工W2之类的。

关键是他ebay有1000多个100%feedback啊。按照我的经验，他应该不会干这种
chargeback吧？除非他账号被别人hack了。
另外他好像叫我在ebay上列出来，他buy it now, 然后paypal付钱。我自己想叫他直接paypal。

最开始他好像同意cash,不知道后来怎么改主意了。后来他说如果我直接可以charge
credit card的话，他也可以。

告诉他cash的话，大家都省钱，可以把paypal的手续费退给他，看他怎么反应。
