RFE里面是这样说的：
It is noted that the majority of publications submitted as evidence were
from 2002 through 2008. The service is requesting further evidence of
current research accomplishments.
Please submit copies of any recent published articles by other researchers
citing or otherwise recognizing your current research and/or contributions.
(Citing articles may have been published after the filing date.)
Please submit documentary evidence to establish that you have a current
record of specific achievement that justifies projections of future benefit
to the national interest.You must establish, in some capacity, your ability
to serve the national interest to a substantially greater extent than the
majority of your peers. You must demonstrate, to some degree, your influence
on your field of employment as a whole.
It is not necessary to resubmit any previously submitted documentation.
最大的问题是，phd毕业之后就没有怎么写过文章了，基本上只写code。最后的2篇文章
（都是journal），文章A是2010年，有29个citation，文章B是2012年，只有2个
citation。这2篇文章和相关citation也在上次已经提交了。
另外收到一封信，邀请作为journal editor：
We are writing to you in regard to a possible editor position. The editorial
committee of Journal of xxx finds your recent paper “文章B” very
impressive and cordially invites you to join us as an editor.
去年和今年陆续有些journal和conference的review invitation。
大家帮忙看看这个RFE怎么回复比较好。谢谢。
