TSC EB1-B 140 和 485 11月底一起file, 485 Receipt Date: 11/30/2012，12月收到
fingerprint通知，然后12月21号walk in打了指纹，12月EB1-B 140 approved, 12月AP
和EAD也通过。 NIW是TSC，11月也已经批了。
每天刷号，I-485 now still in initial review，正常吗？Is there any
possibility that Officer consider my 485 based on my NIW I-140 instead of
EB1 140?

强烈建议做个infopass!
"Is there any possibility that Officer consider my 485 based on my NIW I-140
instead of EB1 140?"
---不会,你的EB1和NIW的信息是在一起的(系统里).否则,基于NIW,不会批你的EAD/AP,
也不会给你FP通知.
还是做个infopass吧.
