我于2010年9月21日拿到绿卡，扣除回中国的时间，到目前在美国实际居住了两年半左
右。我8月份因家庭原因要回国住一段时间，不过每五个月应该会回美国一周。这样的
话到2015年是否还能申请公民？还是要一定每年在美国居住满半年？
另外，我这次回国可能要工作，美国的房子要租掉，车子要卖了，这样是否影响我到时
候申请公民？
我在美国还开了个小的一人公司，是否会有助于我到时申请公民呢？
我就这样回国的话，这儿要准备什么材料来帮助我2015年顺利申请公民？

根据你的情况,还是找个移民律师问一问更放心!

if you just barely lived 30 months, and not out-side of US 6 months or
longer, theoretically you can file N-400. But USCIS can easily prolong your
N400 pending process for a few more months, and if you continue to live
outside of US most of the time, your physical residence time will become not
enough so they will deny you with this easy legal reason. (because your
earliest 30 months start to roll out of the windows).

“每五个月应该会回美国一周”。坦率地讲，你的绿卡维持都有危险。公民申请是不可
能的。
One requirement for citizenship:
"Have lived within the state, or USCIS district with jurisdiction over the
applicant’s place of residence, for at least 3 months prior to the date of
filing the application"
