说实话从跟媳妇谈恋爱开始，一直到结婚两年了。来回算起大概怎么也有四年的时间了。可就是阴差阳错的，跟丈母娘相处的时间，总共加起来就没超过5个小时。所以没有太多的了解，只是能从她对我和她女儿结婚恋爱的态度上，看出来是一个通情达理的人。
终于迎来了我们自己的孩子，老丈母娘被千呼万唤的请来，照顾下媳妇的月子。通过长时间的接触，我终于看清了老丈母娘，就是一个特别淳朴善良的没文化的农村老太太。
长时间的农村生活，造就了丈母娘的一身凌厉的习惯，常常把我杀的目瞪口呆，哭笑不得。我每天早上都要在她因为刷牙的干呕声中醒来。
最让我崩溃的是，每次吃完饭老太太的一个习惯，每次吃完饭她都会喝一口水，在嘴里呼噜呼噜半天，猛一仰头！再一低头！咽了！这是漱口啊！！我去！！天天如此。弄得我吃完饭只要看见她拿杯子我就跑！终于有一天我忍不住，妈那样不卫生，我那么小心翼翼的说着，老太太一脸尴尬，噗！把漱口水都喷地上了。这样行了吧，老太太一脸真诚的说。

This is for EB1B (permanent job) and you can make some modification.

with expectation of unlimited duration of employment in the department

research in projects funded by the National Institutes of Health and
playing a critical role in the projects. Her/His annual salary is
$XXX, plus fringe benefits.

ability and accomplishments in the area of the XXX. Dr. XXX is an

contributions in the field, specifically on the research of XXX. In
the last XXX years, s/he published her/his discoveries in such world-
renowned journals as XXX, which are clear evidence of the national and
international impact. S/he will continue her/his research at the
University of XXX and her/his position is intended to be for an
unlimited duration, and in which Dr. XXX will ordinarily have an
expectation of continued employment unless there is good cause for
termination.

如果是eb1a的话，这个信也很重要吗？还是hr随便开的两行的就可以？

你这个好长阿，要搁我们这里，HR 都不给签字。他们自己有个2句话的模板。。自己
提供的没用。。。
