房检结果出来了，发现空调已经很久了，已经接近其寿命了。而且seller保养也不好，
filter也不换，return plenum里都是灰。室外的compressor也很旧了， insulation
is deteriorated at the refrigerant line。
整个AC系统还工作，我有担心机器老化加上保养差，不知什么时候空调就挂了。到时候
就要花大价钱修了。
类似的问题大家有什么建议吗？如何跟seller提要求？能要求请一个专业的HVAC公司来
一次全面检修吗？谢谢大家！
