关于第一和第二批部分卡还in process的问题
Hi Romnel,
Thanks for your note and many apologies for the delay. We have been slammed
by customer service issues that began when our previous vendor, iCard,
decided to start cancelling orders without explanation. Many of our
customers had unresolved issues with orders from them that are still being
worked out now. The good news is your gift card will be on its way soon and
we are working on your OO points to ensure that you will get them.
Brian or Aaron will be in touch sometime to update you on the status of your
order from iCard.
