Having problems with printer, unpack, and removed packing material, I
turn on printer, and it stated on view console, "REMOVE PACKAGING
MATERIAL. Called Lexmark 18005396275 and spoke to April, who was totally
disrepectful to me. She had me taken parts from printer and I don't like
a couple things she said they had nothing to do with the printer. She's
a Hindu or something, and I think she's ANTI-BLACK. Well sir, I
purchased the printer to print and she could not correct the problem,
and she said she could, correct the problem. So I'm sending the printer
back to you today. If it doesn't work its DOA (Dead On Arrival).

I have shipped this package back to you, it does not work..the sensor
does not pick up my image or motion..when you receive it you will be
required to pay the delivery fees..i did keep the game though..and i
filed a dispute with my bank and they refunded all the purchase amounts,
now you have to deal with paypal to get your money back..Have a nice day

buy game CD more than one month then tell me:
I understand I do not want a refund but would like a replacement. As I
had said this was a Christmas present why would I have ever opened the
game if it was sealed. I would have never thought it would have been
damaged.
