帮父母申请绿卡, 要求补件
我用的是12 年前我出国时办的出生公证.
今天收到补件信, 要求我的BIRTH CERTIFICATE.
“The document must contain the seal of the issuing office including the
date of registration and signature of the registrar. A Notarial Certificate
in itself may not be adequate evidence of the facts claimed, and is best
used in conjunction with primary and contemporaneous secondary evidence: old
land deeds and old family registers; letters or money receipts; family
records from countries that have reliable public documents; school and
medical records. Please submit a complete copy of your birth certificate,
which shows the name of the beneficiary as your natural parents.
我该用什么？ 重新办出生公证？ 旧户口簿？ 你们有类似的经历或经验吗？谢谢。
