今天收到mail notice，
对其中的2点有点困惑：
1. Please submit documentary evidence of all nonimmigrant status granted to
you since your last lawful admission to the U.S on July 31, 2014. Such
evidence may include, but is not limited to:
--Copies of any Form I-797 approval notice/notice of action issued to
you by USCIS granting you extensions or changes of nonimmigration or other
status from F1 - H1B
2. Please submit proof of you continues employment authorization in the U.S.
from July 31, 2014 to the present.
USCIS records indicate that you were employed Form January 2012 to April
2014 with XX University as a Research
Assistant. Please provide evidence of authorized employment from July 31,
2014 to Feb 2, 2016.
-- Copies of all Employment Authorization Documents (Form I-688 or I-766
) granted to you by this Service; and
-- Copies of all Form I-797 approval notices indicating Form I-129,
showing you were granted status in an employment-authorized nonimmigrant
classification.
我的情况是先用CPT工作，再opt， H1b， H1b transfer的。一共四个阶段。
第1点要nonimmigrant status相关的I-797材料，我的理解是需要交h1b和h1b transfer
的approval notice
第2点怎么感觉还是要交h1b和h1b transfer 的approval notice （还需要交opt ead？
）？
