Finally sold my last 2 Canon SD960, to a person named Aytac Camdeviren(330
college st, Amherst, MA) a month and
half ago. The guy just emailed me saying I sent him 2 refurbished ones,
claiming the boxes are all white. But I sent
brand new ones with box light green. Any suggestions?

去年9月初宝宝刚出生的时候老公file了EB1a, 因为怕被RFE所以没有pp，如今宝宝都快
5个月了还是一点消息都没有,我们律师手上一个10月中旬递交的case都批了。。。虽然
对本版没什么贡献，还是想厚着脸皮上来求祝福老公的140快点批。。。
另外想请大家看看他这样的条件现在追加pp还有把握么？谢谢谢谢！

Write a express letter to the address where you send the product and ask him
/her whether the products are returned. Where is the product now and the S/N
? Then you can fight the evil.

我说他是drop ship，他从来没有见过printer。Amz 判我赢。
然后他自己出label 把东西退回来了，然后他就忘记了，我也没退他钱。

Defective should be reported within 14 days, after that, please go for
the warranty.
Drop ship is strictly prohibited by Amazon, don't make me report to
Amazon about it. I know you are running some kind of scam that you do
not return the original item and randomly return to different seller.
I keep all Serial number of the machine that i ship for you, don't try
to fool me. There are enough evidence among our seller community that
you are running this scam. do you want us to report and have amazon
banned you forever?
If you drop ship, you take the responsiblity yourself. You are welcome
to buy but there is no return for you. Forever. Got it ?!

The buyer of this item is a drop-shipper. He purchased this printer
and have us send to his customer in California. The billing address
and shipping address are different. This item is NOT used by the
person who filed this claim, rather, he sold it to the end-user. The
person who filed this claim, had never seen/used this printer.
We have ALREADY replied to the email and ask him to direct his
customer to pursue warranty service. The official guideline adapted
from Amazon marketplace return policy as "If your merchandise is
shipped new and unopened, return should be accepted less a reasonable
restocking fee (for example, 15%) if the package is opened. If the
item is shipped as new or used and is defective or damaged upon
receipt, the buyer should report the defect/damage to you within 14
days of receipt and make return arrangements.
I suggest the buyer to direct his customer to pursue warranty service
if there is any problem. If the buyer insist on returning it, he may
ship it back to:

Please be aware of the following points before making the return:
1. Only original shipped item will be accepted. The serial number of
the printer returned will be checked. If it is different from our
