TSC其实140，765,131等其他表格还是批得挺快的，就不知道为什么485批得很慢。
会不会是USCIS的头头想秘密在485 inventory里面做手脚来操纵以后几个月的排期。。
。

感觉TSC和NSC在处理485的程序上是不一样的：
在TSC，受印度EB2大潮导致处理时间滞后，即使排期已经倒退，但是不管排期是否当前
，所有的485都会分配给IO处理到最后。
在NSC，只有排期当前的才会分配给IO处理，故受大潮影响比较小。

i called tsc today, the representative said that it is still processing
cases on July 28th; and he cannot help me anything on my case. No useful
information from this representative, and the only thing I can do is to wait.
