EB1A I-140已批准. 要寄I-485, I-765. 我所在的州属于 TSC. 在”Direct Filing
Addresses for Form I-485” 上, 寄I-485的地址是:

Not in Shanghai if the baby is US citizen, I investigated already. If the
baby is born in Shanghai, you also need to be on the hukou for him/her to
get on the hukou. I am not sure about other cities though.
