目前J签证，拿到一家公司的Offer，直接办O入职，然后准备入职后立马办豁免。现在
想了解一下，据说O是非移民类签证，也就是说不能在持有O期间转换身份交485申请（
我知道140肯定可以提交），所以想向你们请教一下子我应该怎么办，谢谢。
另外，公司给我办O期间，需要我把现在的工作辞掉然后回国办理吗？谢谢。

You will need to get o1 visa stamp abroad after you have O1 I-797, because
you haven't waived J1 yet, not eligible to get COS. Once you return in O1,
you can file I-485 after you have J1 waiver approved.
