Can you have this item overnighted or next day air. I need it sooner than
your shipping options can guarantee. i will immediately transfer the extra

NIW第一次被拒，第二次申请2月14日USCIS收到。到现在status 还是initial
review.
可以打电话问问吗？还是就这么等着？
很弱的case,生物phd, J1 签证，3-5篇paper, 20-30个citation.

被拒什么理由？

我遇到这样的，最后都是多收extra shipping然后给寄了，病人都留好评了呀

如果是在normal processing range里，催也没用吧
