最近拿了FB的offer，但是对于怎样计算RSU的数量有点不明白。
offer上面是这样写的：
The dollar value of the grant will be divided by the average closing stock
price for the month prior to the month
of your actual Start Date, and rounded up to the nearest whole share. To do
this calculation for
yourself, you can look-up the historic stock price of FB (our ticker symbol)
and determine an average closing
price for the full month prior to the month of your start date (for example,
if you start in April, look at all 21
trading days from March 1 to March 31) and round to the nearest penny. Then
divide your offer letter equity
dollar value by the average closing price for the month in question and
round up to the nearest whole share.
这个例子说，如果我选择在4月入职，那么计算基准就是3月(1 ~ 31号)的股票平均价。
假设给我的RSU是10万(美元），3月的股票平均价是X美元，那么我的股票数量就是10万
/X。
让我困惑的是，不管我在4月哪天入职，都看3月的股票平均价吗?
也就是说，所有4月入职的人，不管4月里的哪一天，RSU的计算基准都一样？
