找编辑要审稿，得到如下回复
Dear xx,
Thank you for your emails and for offering your services as a reviewer for
Journal of xxx. Please be advised that the criteria for the appointment for
new reviewers for the journal calls for ten years of post-doc experience,
and personal recommendations from two current, active reviewers for the
journal.
If you could send me confirmation of your experience and two recommendations
from existing reviewers, I will be happy to pass this to the Editors on
your behalf.
Please keep your CV attached to any email you send me.
With best wishes,
请问这个recommendation指的是一封完整的recommendation letter，还是只需要提供
推荐人及联系方式？有人遇到过相似的情况吗？谢谢！

是那个装逼的Journal of Power Sources吧。当年我那个主编就是这么回信的。你妈还
10年postdog，让他干两年试试。真想一脚跺死他。
或者你这个主编和JPS的主编在一起吃饭交流过，发了份模板给你要求review的期刊主
编。
