TSC的485 2月的RD
Pending很久，没有任何消息
2周前去local office做了Infopass
Officer说已经超出TSC normal processing time, 于是主动帮做SR，告知两周听消息
2周后，仍没消息，打800号码，说我的RD现在还在normal processing time里，因为
local office的processing time才到2013年11月。虽然TSC已经到了03/03/2014，但你
还需要继续等，因为要按local office的time frame 。。。。。。
请大家帮忙看看这种情况正常吗？
是不是说明case被转到了local office？
万分感谢！！！

TMD，这就是极不负责任的瞎整，而且有些移民官根本就是半吊子，已经失望透顶，唯
有一条路我们继续等。
