485申请pending期间，要参加一个国内的会议，请问申请Emergency Advance Parole
Documents能否批准？
下面USCIS网站有信息

国际会议好像只能算是Extreme emergent situation吧？不知这种情况有没有申请成功
的？

我正在办这个。做了service request，找了议员，今天infopass，还是不行，说这不
算emergency。emergency 定义是有人病危。现在在想第三囯签证的可能了。
