When I opened the Carton from FedEx it was EMPTY - NO I-Pad - only 2 formed
pieces of cardboard that appeared to hold the I-Pad - The Carton was intact
- I had to use a knife to cut the tape.
I need a resolution ASAP

i got fedex covered... the buyer filed a police report... police came to
the
buyer's home and took some notes....police report may be very useful

上个月有个人一单买了我三个laptop，我看他留给别人的negative就说收到空箱子。
我那个怕啊。只好把label，箱子，laptop拿到fedex kinkos去打包，跟小二说，
你得给我作证，证明我是把三个电脑封到箱子里的。我还写了封信让他签字。
小二把经理叫来，经理想了很久，说fedex legal dept不会让她随便签名的，
然后把她的名片给了我，再指指头顶的camera，让这里的camera就记录下来了,
如果病人胆敢fraud, 过来找她，I got you covered.
可能第二天去找她，她就会说不记得我，不记得有这么一回事。。。老美都是
嘴上说得好听而已。。

我上周也遇到一个，still扯皮中，不知道是driver偷得还是buyer 自己是个骗子。
