宝宝是在美国出生的，生辰八字是怎么定的呢？
比如宝宝是今天上午11点出生的，那生辰八字是按国内时间19日下午11点呢，还是这边
上午11点呢？或
者，因为现在是夏日至，是不是要转换成标准时间，也就是这边上午10点？
有点晕，请了解的姐妹给俺说下吧。谢谢了！

请教大家：
用了485EAD, H4 会自动失效，那万一485悲剧的话，就out of status. 可以马上转回
H4. 那么out of status 时间是从用EAD那天算起，还是485被据算起？个人认为既然法
律允许用EAD,那时间应是从485被据算起，否则谁还敢用485EAD? 敬请明白人来指点，
到底out of status 时间是从什么时候算起？

otherwise even in China, if your hometown is not in Beijing, are you using
hometown time or Beijing time?

out of status here should be out of non-immigrant status. So the moment you
lost H4, you are out-of-nonimmigrant status, but you are still legally
present pending AOS decision. if I-485 is denied and you have no existing
non-immigrant status, you should go abroad to get H4 visa stamp and return
with H4 status (new H4 I-94)

谢谢你的回答。那非法停留的时间是从485被据的那天算起吧。
据说非法停留的时间多了就几年不能进入美国。

you are so serious about this. :)
IMHO, in old times in China when they developed all those philosophy, there'
s no day light savings, and people use their own local time by watching the
sun/stars + using an hour glass/water clock etc., so here for us in America
today, we should use local time without day light saving.
