I have one question re 485 receipt, since mine was lost during the mailing
process, and uscis is UNWILLING to send it again.
For those filed under eb1a category, on your 485 receipt notice, under "
preference classification" is it listed as Eb1a, or it is blank?
I called uscis official this morning, and ask him to tell me which category
is listed on my 485 in their system, he said they don't have such info. I
am afraid the 485 would be wrongfully linked to my approved niw, since it
happens all the time on this board.
Thanks for any input! Sorry can't type Chinese now.

配偶的485那一栏就是空白。
如果错误把你的485link到你的niw上，而你的niw又没有current，485应该被退回吧？

how about the main applicant's form. the main applicant's receipt was lost.

我也是先有了NIW再申的EB1A, 也担心485link的问题。
我的485收据上有写 : Employment based 1st classification
希望可以参考。

如果Link错了，不就会退回你的485么，为啥还要纠结呐

no if you read the previous posts on this board, you will find some people's
485 were accepted without problem, but were heavily delayed or sometimes
even got denied, and then they found out the problem is wrong linkage.

你是同时交还是EB1A 140批后交？还是140批之前交的？
