自失业后，我努力找工作，就将得到一个credit risk modeling offer了。但我的EB1A
律师说"this position is
not in the same or similar field as that which was listed as the basis for
your I-140."
律师没有给理由。但我想理由很简单。虽然EB1A申请时的job title和职业code都是
statistician，而且Petition letter里明确并正式申请的专长是psychometrics，但
petition letter和所以推荐信都侧重强调了我因作为statistician而coauthor的drug
abuse，psychology和public health的文章在这些邻域的引用和创新。所以律师可能认
为移民局会因此断定the field which was listed as the basis for your I-140 is
drug abuse，psychology和public health。 如果从这个角度说，this credit risk
modeling position尽管可以看成是一个statistics job， 但确实与the field which
was listed as the basis for your I-140 such as drug abuse，psychology和
public health这些邻域不沾边。
我觉得以上就是律师的理由，确实有它的道理。 但不知道在实际上是不是都是这样操
作的。不知道用这个credit risk modeling job回复RFE会给485带来多大的risk呢？如
果叫公司把title: credit risk modeling 改成statistician，会不会大大减低risk
呢？
现在都不知道该不该接这个offer。所以恳请指导。
