感觉是快了，它用的时态是have had,说明已经做完了additional review, 有些回复是
have to,那就可能要等一等了。

我同时也找了议员，7-7号USCIS给议员的回复是45天有消息。
我自己做SR，7-16号USCIS给我的回复是60天有消息。
所以，我感觉是议员比较给力。
