Here is the timeline:
June 01: EB2-NIW I485 RD (I140 Liu Firm)
Oct 03: Transfer I485 to EB1A I140 (Wegreened)
Oct 27: Medical RFE for primary application. The Doctor signed the
file before all physical examinations were finished. Asked the Doctor
prepare new documents.
Nov 3: RFE received.
Nov 18: I485 approved (I and LD)
Nov 20: Card was mailed (I and LD).
In Nov 2013, I also had a EB-1B petition, which was denied by IO 0214 after
NOID. One reason was that the documents preparation, HR insisted to prepare
document themselves, another reason was that my case was handled by IO 0214.
