只提交了结婚证复印件和根据模板自己翻译的结婚证并找银行给notarize，结果副申请
人被RFE了。
信上说：
Although you submitted a marriage certificate to establish the relationship
you have with the principal applicant, you failed to submit the translation
with a certified statement of the translation. You must submit a copy of
your marriage certificate which has been registered with the proper civil
authorities of the country in which you were married along with a CERTIFIED
translation.
请问这种RFE，如何解决呢？不知道是不是因为没有一个statement证明中文和英文一致
被RFE，请华人律师翻译并notarize再加上一个statement可以么？
