cases are pending at Texas Service Center (TSC). TSC is currently working
on Employment based adjustment applications with receipt date of March 5,
2015.
Please note that estimated processing times are processing goals and not a
guarantee that applications will be processed within the estimated tlmeframe
. Processing times are goals, but we are generally around 45-60 days within
that goal. If your constituents do not receive a decision or notice of
action after 30 days, please feel free to contact our office to request the
status.

我也很疑惑，我RD是3月底的，今天刚刚得到的消息。
5月份是不是仅仅是 “goal”？
